Account data: the mobile number or email you sign in with, and your order and subscription history.
Payment data: payment status and amount. Cards are processed by a licensed payment provider; we never store card details in the store.
Review data: your name and comment, and your email if you enter it.
Technical data: such as cookies, device and browser type, and IP address.

2. How we use your data

To fulfil your order, deliver your subscription details and handle renewals.
To send sign-in codes and order updates by WhatsApp or email.
To contact you about payment and support.
To improve the store and measure its performance.
To meet legal requirements, such as keeping invoices.

3. Sharing data

We never sell your personal data.
We share only the minimum needed with service providers that help us run the store, such as hosting, payments, messaging and email.
We share no data with advertising or analytics platforms unless you accept cookies.
We may disclose data when a competent authority requests it under the law.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for the cart, sign-in and checkout. Analytics and marketing cookies are only enabled after you accept them in the privacy banner, and you can decline them. To change your choice later, clear the store's cookies in your browser and the banner will appear again.

We keep your data for as long as your subscription lasts, and afterwards only as long as needed for support and for keeping invoices as the law requires. We then delete it or make it no longer identify you.
